The Operator's Map — Cohort 02

Get back 100 hours in 2027.

That's two hours a week. The first cohort of The Operator's Map did better than that: the seven of us who put a number on it, my co-host included, had about 50 hours a week of work running without us by graduation.

How

Eight Wednesdays, January 6 to February 24, 2027, 12:00 – 1:15 pm Central. Each week you build one working system inside your own business: the inbox, the follow-ups, the reports, the meeting notes, the work that eats your week. By week eight it runs without you.

What it asks

About three hours a week: 75 minutes live, two hours building. Office hours on Fridays are there if you want them.

Who it's for

Owners, executives and consultants who already use ChatGPT or Claude and haven't gotten real time back from it.

From the first cohort

“I'm probably saving anywhere from one to three hours a day. And I'm able to attend more kids' events. I was just at a kids' soccer game yesterday, much earlier in the day than I'd normally be done with my work.”
Joshua Rodriguez, Founder and Managing Partner, VectorPoint Commercial Advisors
“That's easily 10 or 15 minutes per meeting ... at least an hour a day.”
Dr. Mark Tuggle, CEO, Telos Bookkeeping
“What used to take me hours, now everything's happening real time. My wife and I are just sitting here like, man, what are we doing with this time?”
Rahim Bamba, ADO Services
“I accomplished in hours what would have taken a couple days, with better quality too. I highly recommend The Operator's Map as an introduction to and a level up on AI automation. It is a great course for you and your organization.”
Will Anderson, Founder, Explore Superfoods

Bringing someone from your own team is the version of this that works best — mapping how work actually moves needs two people who can disagree about it. Each of you enrolls separately; there is nothing to coordinate.
